Ingredients You Need
- Mayonnaise – can use low-fat

- Hot sauce – I like Sriracha, Frankโs RedHot, and Cholula or Tabasco for something simple
- Cajun seasoning – or make your own with paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, cayenne pepper, and salt and black pepper
- Worcestershire sauce – adds savory, umami flavor

- Not a fan of spice? You can omit the hot sauce, but also go easy on the Cajun seasoning since it usually has cayenne pepper in it!
- The base of this sauce is mayonnaise, however, you can substitute plain Greek yogurt for a healthier sauce! It will be tangier, though!

Comeback Sauce: simple and good. If like me you’re calorie conscious, you can use two of my favorite ingredients: Hellmann’s Light Mayonaise and Heinz No Sugar Added Ketchup. Maybe it’s just from long use, but I can’t tell the difference between these two items and their more fattening original versions. I’ve recently discovered Walker & Sons’ “Slap Ya Mama” Cajun seasoning, which has replaced Emeril’s Seasoning in my kitchen.
