Usually when I try a new recipe, I make it as stated and will make adjustments if needed. Let me tell you, this soup is AMAZING!! The flavors are just so bright and satisfying!! This will definitely be made regularly at my house!

So I made this today and I have to say… the flavor is absolutely WONDERFUL! I’m about to go back for a second bowl :)

However, it took about 45 for the chicken to cook through thoroughly. By then, a lot of the broth had evaporated. I ended up having to add another 2 QT of chicken broth and 2 cups of water.

But overall, great recipe!
