Hi Terrell,

You can use any type of steak you like, and no pounding is needed. Using skirt steak and tenderizing it, simply great a thin, very tender texture.

Marinated it overnight and it was so flavorful! Served with beans, mex rice, shredded lettuce, and pico, and the whole family loved it!
