Apple Ginger Buck Cocktail
It’s weekend cocktail time! Our weekend quickie post to get you in the mood to CHEERS. Today Erin’s sharing a light and bubbly Apple Ginger Buck Cocktail that is perfect for fall.
The Apple Ginger Buck Cocktail
This cocktail is really all about the apple-ginger beer, which is a great versatile ingredient to have on hand.
You could use it with other spirits if you’re not a whiskey fan, or it stands on it’s own as a non-alcoholic option.
Either way, the sparkling apple flavor is a huge hit for fall!

Thanks for the FANTASTIC looking recipe! Question, what is the brand of the soda siphon you own? I was hoping to use a SodaStream but from all reviews, putting anything other then water in their bottles makes for a HUGE mess! I have been searching for handheld siphon that allows for liquid other then water. Your recommendation is much appreciated!
I’m not familiar with ginger juice. Do I have to make it somehow or can I purchase it?
Hi Dee, you can buy it in the cocktail mixer section of most grocery stores, or sometimes in the asian section of the international aisle.
I associate beer with summer, but love how you gave it a fall twist. Pinned!
This is a fantastic cocktail! Your photography is so gorgeous, girl!
