How’s your holiday season going? Hopefully it’s been memorable for all the right reasons this year.

We’ve got one more big night to celebrate before the kids head back to school and we start eating mass quantities of salad.

New Year’s Eve!

Usually by the time New Year’s Eve rolls around, am ready to take a break from cooking. For a solid month, I’ve made cookies, fudge, elaborate dinners, and party foods.

On December 31st I want to sip champagne and take it easy.

That’s when my 5 Ingredient Pulled Pork Nachos come in handy. They are fun, festive and oh so delicious. Plus as you can see by the name, they require only 5 pre-made ingredients you can find at most grocery stores.

  • Potato Chips
  • Pulled Pork (Find in the prepared food section.)
  • Shredded Cheese
  • BBQ Sauce
  • Pico de Gallo (In the produce department.)

5 Ingredient Pulled Pork Nachos

Simply stack potato chips on a platter.

Step 1 - 5 Ingredient Pulled Pork Nachos

Top the chips with pulled pork… as much as you want.

Step 2 - 5 Ingredient Pulled Pork Nachos

Then sprinkle on a generous amount of shredded cheese.

Step 3 - 5 Ingredient Pulled Pork Nachos

Bake for a few minutes to melt the cheese.

Step 4 - 5 Ingredient Pulled Pork Nachos

Then drizzle the pulled pork nachos with your favorite bbq sauce…

And top with fresh cool pico de gallo. Viola!

5 Ingredient Pulled Pork Nachos

Easy 5 Ingredient Pulled Pork Nachos with a twist! Pork Nachos made on a bed of potato chips with BBQ sauce and extra cheese makes a fun and tasty snack!
Servings: 8

Ingredients

  • 1 bag potato chips
  • 1-2 cups pulled pork
  • 1-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup pico de gallo

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Pile potato chips on a oven-safe platter or rimmed baking sheet. Top with pulled pork, followed by shredded cheddar. Use as much or as little as you like.
  • Place the pulled pork nachos in the oven for 3-5 minutes to melt the cheese.
  • Then drizzle BBQ sauce over the nachos and top with pico de gallo. Serve immediately.
