Ingredients Needed
- Fresh zucchini – medium size to replicate chips slices
- Salt – to pull out the moisture from the zucchini once it’s sliced

How to Make Keto Zucchini Chips in the Air Fryer
- Set out a mandolin slicer, a medium bowl, and an air fryer. Adjust the mandolin slicer to slice at 1.5 mm. (On my mandolin this is the third smallest notch.)
- Carefully slice the zucchini into thin rounds, paying extra attention as you near the end.
Pro Tip: If your mandolin has a handguard, use it!
- Place the zucchini slices in the bowl and sprinkle with 1/8 teaspoon of salt. Toss them thoroughly, then let them sit for at least 10 minutes to draw out excess moisture.

- Place a long piece of paper towel on the countertop. Preheat the air fryer to 350ยฐF.

- Sprinkle the tops of the chips with Parmesan.
- Air fry for another 5 to 6 minutes.
