Absolutely the easiest and best salsa recipe I have ever made or tasted. Taste better than any Mexican restaurant I have been to by far. Even better after a few days.

Hi Jessica,

Because this recipe include raw tomatoes it’s best to keep it in the fridge. However, we have a Roasted Tomato Salsa that is lovely and is good for canning!
