Chocolate Brandy Latte
Creamy Chocolate Brandy Latte, a warm boozy beverage for cold winter evenings!
Recently, Lt. Dan and I took a trip to the village of Kohler, Wisconsin for their annual food and wine festival. This was my third trip to Kohler (and Dan’s second) yet we would go every single year, if we could make it!
The Kohler Company may be best known for lush shower heads and bathtubs, yet the company makes a variety of products like generators and motors, and owns brands like Anne Sacks tile and Robern furnishings.
Not only that, the original boarding house built for immigrant factory workers has been resurrected as an opulent resort called The American Club with award-winning restaurants and spa, plus the highly esteemed Whistling Straits and Blackwolf Run Golf Courses.
The village of Kohler is a couple’s paradise… Amazing dining options, luxurious 5-star accommodations, golf, spa, yoga, outdoor adventures, shopping, and uncountable ways to relax.
Check out the yoga facility!
Kohler hosts events all year long. However, the Kohler Food and Wine Experience is a fabulous weekend festival each fall, especially for foodies and wine lovers!
This year the Kohler Food and Wine Experience brought in celebrity chefs Aaron Sanchez, Amanda Freitag, Spike Mendelsohn, and Fabio Vivianni, along with many wine experts.
Each session offered the opportunity to learn from, and get up close and personal these amazing people.
We had coffee with Amanda Freitag to discuss her new book!
Dan and I met up with three of our favorite blogger-buddies Katerina from Diethood, Rebecca from Foodie with Family, and Becky from The Cookie Rookie.
