3-Ingredient Cracker Jack Fudge
Ingredients
- 10 ounces bittersweet chocolate chips (I used Ghirardelli)
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk (1 can)
- 3 ounces Cracker Jacks
Instructions
- Line an 8X8 inch baking dish with foil, wax, or parchment paper. Open the Cracker Jack boxes and remove prizes.
- Pour the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a small sauce pot. Set over low heat. Stir occasionally until the chocolate is completely melted into the condensed milk. *This can also be done in the microwave. Place in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 1-2 minutes. Stir. Do not microwave longer than needed to melt the chocolate.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the lined baking dish. Spread evenly from corner to corner.
- Then pour the Cracker Jacks over the fudge before it has time to cool. Press the Cracker Jacks down into the fudge so they stick.
- Chill the fudge for at least 30 minutes to harden. Once hard, lift the fudge out of the pan by the corners of the paper. Cut and serve. Or place the fudge in an air-tight container to store.

Thanks for this great idea! I needed a quick treat for an impromptu gathering and had a bag of Cracker Jacks on hand. This was my first time making fudge and everyone seemed to enjoy it. The Cracker Jacks didn’t stick as well as I’d hoped, though I did press them in right away. But overall a quick, fun a unique idea.
I am going to make this next week but use Fiddle Faddle (the caramel one) instead of Cracker Jacks. I know it will be delicious!
I used to make fudge to give to all my teacher friends and they looked forward to it. The microwave fudge I made was:
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 bag, 10 oz, chocolate semi-sweet chips
1 bag, 10 Oz, butterscotch chips (or can use peanut butter chips here if you prefer. I do not like butterscotch but in this recipe you do not taste the butterscotch, believe me!)
Heat in microwave at short intervals until blended well and melted.
Stir in about 1 cup of chopped pecans, more or less according to your liking.
Pour into a 9×13 pan lined with buttered parchment or waxed paper
You can let it set out and get hard or if you want it rather quickly, put pan in refrigerator for 30 mins or so. Makes for a great gift, I put mine in decorated tins and people love it.
Will come back next week after I make your recipe and let you know how it went !
Yum
Oh wow, so easy, and I can only imagine how tasty it must be too! :-D Love the idea of some quick and easy fudge, and love your unique and creative inclusion of those cracker jacks, how cute!
