I love fudge. And I want to eat it all year long, not just in December.

I love that you can pick up one little two-bite piece of fudge and feel like you’ve had something truly decadent. I love that it gets warm and squishy when you hold it between your finger and thumb. I love the smooth silky texture. And I LOVE that you can make fudge with nearly any flavor combination in less five minutes.

Today’s 4-Ingredient Strawberry Lemonade Fudge easy to make and oh so delicious!

It’s light, creamy, and tastes like fresh strawberry lemonade with little speckles of strawberry floating about. (You can even keep it in the fridge or freezer so you really get the effect of summertime lemonade.)

Although it needs time to chill and harden, the actual prep and cook time takes 5 minutes or less from bowl to fridge, so it’s convenient to make for summer parties and events.

How to Make 4-Ingredient Strawberry Lemonade Fudge

The secret ingredient in this easy Strawberry Lemonade Fudge recipe is freeze dried strawberries… The kind you see most often in berry laced cereal boxes.

These crunchy little strawberry slivers, soften a tad once folded into the fudge. They look and taste sensational with the pale yellow lemon fudge. The bright zippy flavor will put a big smile on your face, making this fudge recipe the perfect treat for summer.

Strawberry Lemonade Fudge also makes a wonderful edible gift. Slice it into long pieces and wrap in cellophane, or cut the fudge into squares and stack in gift boxes.

I know I would be thrilled to receive a box of fudge this summer, and so will your other friends!

  5. Hi. I could not find the freeze dried strawberries where I live so I used frozen strawberries. So I made the fudge. Ive had the fudge in the refridge longer than a hour and it hasn’t hardened. Do you know why that might be and what I could do to make it harden? I hate to throw it away and it be something simple that can be fixed.

    • Hi Tisha! So sorry that happened… Fresh or frozen strawberries just add too much moisture for the fudge to set. That’s why I used dried – I’m sad that you couldn’t find it! You could pour the liquid fudge into ice cube molds and freeze it. The frozen fudge would taste great!

  8. I really like the flavor of lemon.  Would lemon zest be ok to add or would it make the fudge harder to set because of the small amount of oil and liquid it could add to the fudge?
