The only dressing I ever make now. So good! I use brown sugar instead of honey but otherwise make no changes and it’s perfect.

In my book, there is no grocery store bottled balsamic dressing that comes close. This is so easy and can change with a simple tweak depending on my mood. Fresh chopped Rosemary instead of dried Thyme, stone ground mustard instead of Dijon… it’s a flexible easygoing recipe. It comes together fast. Try it, you’ll like it.

Excellent! If not using aged vinegar use the higher honey range and a touch more oil.

This really is the best! I have made it several times to accompany a salad with strawberries and feta. Perfect! The whole family wanted the recipe. We liked it with the lower amount of honey to reduce sweetness.

My favorite – I make this weekly.  The ratio of oil to vinegar is different than the typical balsamic
dressing recipe, and the addition of thyme makes this unique.

This balsamic vinaigrette has become my go to dressing for our salads. It is so tasty and takes only a few minutes to prepare. There is nothing like homemade and this recipe is definitely a favorite!
