Pro Tip: Roasted pistachios create the best flavor because they are roasted with a pinch of salt to bring out their distinct taste. However, you can use raw pistachios as well.
How to Make Pistachio Butter
Set out a large food processor and add the shelled roasted pistachios.
Pulse to grind the pistachios into fine crumbs. Then add 5 tablespoons of oil and 2 tablespoons of honey to the ground nuts. Continue to grind/purรฉe until the nut butter is very smooth.
